Iron Hub Brandy, created by founding winemaker and master distiller Tom Jones and his son, Spencer Jones, is a distinctive small-batch spirit made from our estate Sémillon wine. Distilled using a continuous still and aged three to five years in French oak, it develops a deep amber hue with notes of apricot, vanilla, and caramel. Smooth and refined, it offers a velvety texture, layered complexity, and a long, elegant finish. This hand-numbered release showcases our commitment to quality from vineyard to glass.
