Our 2024 Sémillon is 100% estate-grown, estate-bottled, and hand-picked from our vineyard. Aged for six months in neutral French oak barrels, it preserves the purity and vibrancy of the fruit while adding subtle texture.
Aromas of nectarine, peach, and delicate honeysuckle rise from the glass. The palate is generous and layered, revealing flavors of nectarine, ripe peach, apricot, and a touch of soft vanilla. A smooth, rounded texture carries the fruit across the palate like a vibrant fruit salad, creating both richness and freshness. Balanced acidity leads to a bright, clean finish that lingers beautifully.
