Iron Hub Vodka is a distinctive, small-lot spirit crafted from our estate-grown wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Barbera. Distilled by hand using a tall continuous still with precise cuts, only the purest portion of the spirit is retained, with both heads and tails discarded. A refinement in a pot still brings the vodka to perfect proof, resulting in exceptional purity without filtration.
